Shipping policy

All items are shipped through USPS 2 Day Flat Rate Shipping with tracking. Please see our FAQ for typical shipping times.

Once an item is marked shipped and tracking is provided the seller is no longer responsible for the loss or damage caused to your item during transport. You have the option to purchase additional insurance for your order at check out. All domestic and international orders come with $50 insurance. 

If your item is lost or damaged during transport contact your local USPS store to file a claim. Please don't hesitated to email us if this happens to you, We are more than happy to assist in any way we can.

Buyer is responsible for any import or customs taxes/fees for international shipping.
